Zippy was established in 2015 by Louisa Sanghera, following a 25-year career in banking. Through experience, Louisa noticed the broking industry was generally lacking in empathy and genuine client-focused care. She saw how exhaustively slow customer service was handled and wanted to breathe new life into what felt like a stale and wearisome industry with a startlingly fast and efficient service, without any compromise on quality and personal attention. Louisa decided to use her expert knowledge and extensive management training to start her own business, and Zippy Financial Group was born.
Louisa is recognised by everyone who knows her as a hardworking and visionary leader. She is very active in the broking industry, regularly speaking at financial events and seminars, and is a sought-after contributor for industry magazines, regional and national press, prominent industry blogs, and TV finance-based news programmes. She is generous with her time, sharing her knowledge in the industry, and training other brokers.
To give Louisa a deeper understanding of the Australian property market, she acquired her real estate licence and is a trained Buyers Agent. And we’re happy to say Louisa is also a big property investor herself, as are most of the Zippy team.
