Did you know, if you are a Registered nurse, teacher, of a member of the emergency services, many lenders now offer special packages on your home loan. For example, some offer 90% loans with Lenders Mortgage Insurance waived, while others offer up to 100% loans with a guarantor. Many will accept 100% of your overtime income, offer discounted rates, and waived fees and flexible repayment cycles.
