Church Point is the access point for Scotland Island and the western foreshore of Pittwater, which means a lot of the property here is water access only.
Lenders do not treat that as ordinary residential security. Some decline it outright. Others will consider it but reduce how much they’ll lend against the valuation, and a few want to know about wharf access, services and how the property is reached before they’ll look at all.
